PHP programming

I was asked to look at PHP in 2004 to see if i could work out how to put css design into Joomla. the job was never progressed as i advised the Lady to seek an expert in Joomla as that would be cheaper.

But my look at PHP was enough to convince me i wanted to do this scripting language. I saw PHP as a language that would grow as it has done with PHP now being almost fully object orientated in version 5. where as ASP had changed to c# then asp.net and already they were talking asp.net 2 which would be vastly different.

I felt with a Language that grew instead of changed, i woudl be able grow with it and get more indepth, i also liked the idea of opensource and have recently had a contract in Drupal giving my first paid expirenece of open source cms.
