HTML

All scripting languages basically end up in a HTML format of some type to go the client. I have used both php and asp to produce html in all types of its format. Often as a programmer i get givne the html or xhtml but with some of the design agencies i have just been given the Pdf or .gif file and had to create html/xhtml from those.
