Classica ASP

Asp or Classic ASP in microsoft terms was arround for a long time as it went through version 1 - 3 over about 8 years. There are still a lot of websites on the web made with this technology i still have a few small websites in this technology but i also have two large Extranets.

I have create a large extranet using Classic ASP and SQL server which is used by a large and busy Design house to hold all time sheets, CRM , invoicing and PO details online. This customer liked the idea of being able to adjust the program to their exact needs as their business changed. Every so often they call me back to make changes, adjust or improve their piece of software.

Last year I was called in half way through a site/extranet renovation of www.airdat.org. this a large and complex piece of software that has been worked on by many ASP programmers(the database is MYSQL). I had to come in an do the fixes and changes as needed over a three month period until it was in a state they could go live with the changes.
