CSS Design to a programmer workign with multiple designers is a god send as it allows design and program to work seperately. if a project is done correctly then once the html is made the programmer can take it over and make his php or asp combined with a database do the action needed and designers can work with css to change and improve the look with out having to look at the code filled page or the object of code.
